In System Manager, click the Scan System for Users Logged In, if there are none, then exit your KiwiPlus program and restart your PC. Try again. If still not successfull, exit KiwiPlus and open Task Manager (Ctrl + Alt + Delete), in the Processes tab, search for a Kiwi[YEAR].exe running. A remote user could be logged on, if they are, click on the .exe and click End Process. Try the update process again.
